Suspension clamp for electricity wire

Material and Construction:
Suspension Head: composite by aluminium splint, Clevis,Preformed Armour rod and rubber Clamp.
Aluminium Splint: casted by anti-corrosion, high strength aluminum alloy. The  chemical properties of it is  stable, have good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and good comprehensive mechanical properties.

Preformed Armour Rod:   made of predetermined chemical composition and mechanical properties of custom aluminum alloy wire, galvanized steel wire, aluminum clad steel wire. in order to have high tensile strength, hardness, good flexibility and strong anti-rust capability, to the harsh climatic conditions Long-term use.
Rubber Clamp:composite by high quality rubber and reinforcement center. it is anti-anti-ozone resistance, chemical resistance, weather aging, with high and low temperature performance, and high strength and elasticity, the smaller deformation.
 Applicant:
1)used on suspension on wire and ground wire,which can protect wire efficiently and smooth outer contour to significantly reduce the corona discharge.Preformed double-pivot suspension clamp can be used to cross rivers,long distance transmission lines and towers on the corner of large.(30°~60°)
2)used in ACSR,aluminum wire,aluminum steel wire and galvanized steel wire.And it's designed to weaken the strong point on the static and dynamic stress.So it can protect wire ,stranded and suppress vibration,while it also could protect conductors in the support points on the arc from the impact and influence.
3)protect conductors from being bending ,stress and abrasion.
